We appreciate your patience regarding passes to Crane Beach.  We apologize for the challenges you are experiencing during the purchase process, and the verification of your Membership.  We are working to fix the issue.  It looks like the issue might be that the new membership you renewed to does not include a Permit, which is why it is charging you. We will send this info over to the Membership Team to follow up with a resolution.  In the interim, to obtain fully discounted passes for upcoming dates in which inventory remain, please use the following discount code at checkout:

Please use the pass you purchased for admission to the beach this weekend, and we will issue a refund next week. If we issue the refund before your visit, your reservation will be lost. If you do not receive a refund within 10 business days, please contact cranebeach@thetrustees.org.
